Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel your service, please call our customer service department at 1-877-408-9449, or at the number provided to you by the specialist at the time of of your registration. 

Customers are eligible to cancel their service within 48 hours after the time of purchase by contacting the customer service department.

Customers canceling after 48 hours from starting service, a cancellation fee of 20% will be applied.

Upon cancellation of services that have been initiated or completed, customer understands that SamRegistry.US will close their account, issue a refund if eligible and immediately cease all services.

If services have been completed prior to cancellation, SamRegistry.US reserves the right to refuse your refund. 

After canceling your services with SamRegistry.US, you will be provided a a cancellation email containing a confirmation code.

You will be required to speak to a member of our Customer Services Team to authorize your cancellation request. 

Refund Policy

For services not yet rendered, customers are eligible to receive a refund. Please refer to the cancellation policy and complete the required steps to initiate your refund. Funds usually take 7 – 10 business days to be deposited back into your account. 

If you would like to request a refund for services which have been completed, you are eligible to receive a partial refund at a pro-rated rate. 

It is the duty of the customer to complete the steps stated within the cancellation policy your contract within 48 hours of signing  
This refund policy is included in the terms and conditions of the contract you signed. By signing the contract,
you are bound by all of its terms and conditions. To cancel, Call our Customer Service number 877-408-9449.

Canceling outside of this 48-hour window will affect your refund.
If you are outside of this 48-hour window, Refunds can take up to 90 days to process.
