1. Introduction
Welcome to SAM Registry Help, operated by SAMREGISTRY.US, LLC
SAM Registry Help is an independent, third-party registration assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. government, the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), or the General Services Administration (GSA).
Registration and renewal through the official government website, SAM.gov, are available at no cost. Our fees are for optional professional assistance with registration, renewal, administrative support, and related services.
By accessing this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
SAM Registry Help provides administrative assistance with federal contractor registration and related processes. Services may include:
- Initial SAM.gov registration assistance.
- Annual registration renewal assistance.
- Registration updates and corrections.
- Administrative support and guidance.
- Assistance resolving registration-related issues.
Our services are intended to simplify the registration process. However, we do not control SAM.gov, Login.gov, or government validation and approval procedures.
We cannot guarantee registration approval, processing times, CAGE code issuance, eligibility for federal contracts or grants, or the award of government business. Final registration decisions are made by the appropriate government agencies.
3. Service Plans and Payments
Fees for our services are presented during the ordering process.
SAM Registry Help offers single-year and multi-year service options. Multi-year plans provide assistance services over the purchased service period. They do not extend the official SAM.gov registration term or eliminate the government’s annual renewal requirements.
SAM.gov registrations generally require renewal every 365 days to remain active.
By purchasing a service, you authorize us to provide the selected assistance and agree to pay the applicable fees.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, our service fees do not represent government filing fees, registration charges imposed by SAM.gov, or payments to a government agency.
Refund eligibility and cancellation requests are governed by our published Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information needed to perform the requested services.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate business and registration information.
- Maintain appropriate access to your SAM.gov and Login.gov accounts.
- Cooperate with required identity verification and authorization procedures.
- Review and confirm information when requested.
- Notify us promptly of changes that may affect your registration.
We may require verification that you are authorized to act on behalf of the entity receiving assistance.
Delays caused by missing documentation, inaccurate information, unavailable account access, government processing requirements, or failure to respond to requests may affect service completion.
You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of your entity’s official government registration information.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAMREGISTRY.US, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or our services, including lost business opportunities, anticipated profits, or delays caused by external government systems.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim arising from a purchased service shall not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
This limitation does not exclude liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
Nothing in this section eliminates our obligation to provide purchased services according to applicable agreements and consumer protection laws.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAMREGISTRY.US, LLC and its representatives from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent submissions, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own misconduct or obligations for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
12. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update website content, service descriptions, and these Terms periodically.
Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively modify material terms of an existing purchase unless permitted by law and any applicable agreement.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicting choice-of-law principles.
Any disputes concerning these Terms shall be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable laws and any mandatory legal protections.
